C Stud

Gypsemna’s C Studs are the vertical framings used for Partition and Liner System with a friction fit between top and bottom tracks. It is quick and easy to instal and can be tailored to fit any project requirements. The section is specially designed to bear multi-layered plasterboard fixation. The C Studs are available in a wide range of lengths and thicknesses, depending on the required strength, height, impact resistance and sound insulation for any given application. The C Studs have exceptional coatings providing them with a high Rust corrosion and Fire Resistance.

C Stud is manufactured from cold rolled steel formed from hot dipped galvanised steel. It is available with Z275 zinc coating or Z180 zinc coating and is produced in accordance with ASTM C645, ASTM A653, ASTM A645, and ASTM A370 standards. Material grade is G300 with a minimum yield strength of 300 MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 340 MPa. Available thicknesses include 0.50 mm, 0.55 mm, 0.60 mm, 0.70 mm, 0.80 mm, 0.90 mm, 1.00 mm, 1.10 mm, 1.20 mm, 1.30 mm, and 1.50 mm. Flange sizes include 33.5 mm and 35.5 mm. Width options include 50 mm, 64 mm, 70 mm, 76 mm, 92 mm, 100 mm, 125 mm, and 150 mm. Standard length is 3000 mm, with special lengths available on request. Download the Data Sheet for more!
